Faux Girl creates beautiful decorative finishes on walls, cabinetry, ceilings, floors and furniture for clients in North Carolina and beyond. Our focus is mostly on luxury homes, but we also finish furniture showrooms and other commercial settings. Our repertoire includes: French Brush, ragging, Strié, striping, metallic leaf, marbleizing, wood-graining, contemporary stenciling, hand-troweled plastering, and custom patinas on cabinetry.  We also simulate staggered-stone block, exotic tortoiseshell and semi-precious stones.

Color Matching and Consultation Services

We at Faux Girl are professional colorist and we understand how crucial color is in your environment. If you want a deep jewel-toned hue or a subtle neutralized shade- we'll create colors and textures from any visual reference you submit. Faux Girl also provides Color Consultation services to assist clients in creating a scheme that flows, integrating all the rooms in your home.

Stenciling

Faux Girl offers expert stenciling installations. We can walk you through pattern options and make recommendations for your space. With the many choices of today's contemporary patterns, stenciling is consistently more cost effective than most high-end wallpapers.

Finish Repair and Restoration

Faux girl uses color matching and mold-making skills to repair and restore damaged faux finishes on walls, furniture and accessories.

When appropriate, we will even take photos before beginning, to insure all your furnishings and accesssories are back in place when our work is complete.
